Faces & Figures Art Challenge
This month’s challenge invites you to explore the human form including faces, figures, gestures, and the stories they carry. The guidelines are simple, and the process is designed to encourage fresh experimentation without extra hurdles.
Selected works will be gathered into a curated collection with your name and link included, giving you a polished, shareable presence. Finalists receive certificates and a group feature, while top artists are highlighted with interviews and a mini-magazine spotlight. It’s an accessible way to test new ideas, connect with audiences, and grow within a supportive international community of artists.

How to Enter
- Complete the form with artist name, website, titles, and mediums.
- Upload artwork under 3MB. JPG/PNG · max 2 MB · minimum 2000 px longest side
- Confirm submission and check your email.
Eligibility and Rules
- Emerging or Established Artists 18+ years of age. Open to artist worldwide
- 2D and 3D Mediums encouraged: painting, sculpture, mixed media, photography, and digital
- You must own the rights to the work and imagery you submit.
Judging Criteria
Our judging criteria are designed to evaluate artworks comprehensively, ensuring a fair and insightful assessment. Artwork will be judged based on: Craftsmanship, Presentation, Interpretation of the theme, Composition, Creativity, and Technical Skill.

FAQ
Who is eligible to enter?
Open to artists worldwide, 18+. All two-dimensional media accepted (painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, digital)
How is the judging conducted?
Entries are reviewed by a panel of jurors who evaluate based on creativity, technique, and overall impact.
What is the competition timeline?
Submissions close on the published deadline. Judging follows within two weeks, and winners are announced shortly after.
How will my artwork be used?
Your artwork will only be used in ways that highlight and promote you as the artist. Selected works may appear on our website in curated challenge collections, within newsletters, and across our promotional channels to help share your work with a wider audience. Each feature always includes your name and, when provided, a link back to your website or portfolio. We do not sell, license, or claim ownership of your work. You keep full rights to your art.
Can I submit more than one free entry?
Each artist receives one free entry per monthly challenge. If you’d like to share additional works, they can be added within the same application for the standard entry fee. To keep things fair for all participants, only one free entry is allowed per artist. For more information visit here
