For Windows (Microsoft) Users:
Press Ctrl + F and search for your name.
Click on the certificate.
Right-click the certificate image and select “Save Image As”.
Choose a location and click Save.

For Mac Users:
Press Command + F and search for your name.
Click on the certificate.
Control-click (or right-click) the certificate image and select “Save Image As”.
Choose a location and click Save.
